The S & S Story The following is from the flyer that was used in 1972 to promote the Park Huntington neighborhood. Be sure to look at the home prices and amenties of the day! Nathan and David Shapell (S & S) started their company with the motto 'Pride of Quality'. The company took great pride in creating a neighborhood of quality homes - homes that are highly sought over 30 years later! Even when the neighborhood first started, S & S won citations of merit from homeowners groups. The company received the Garden Park Homeowners Assocation award for 'Excellence in Home Construction, Community Development and Customer Service'. |
